摘要
清末民初,中国北方农村发生了急剧的社会变迁。在西学新知的强烈冲击下,传统社会教育体系不断式微,新式的社会教育形式渐次生长。山东莒南社会教育的发展和变迁在我国北方具有一定的代表性。在近半个世纪内,莒南境内相继出现了民众教育馆、乡农学校、冬学、庄户学等社会教育形式,这对促进乡村社会教育和社会进步做出了重要贡献。对莒南社会教育进行详尽的历史考察,"管中窥豹",能在一定程度上揭示20世纪上半叶我国华北地区社会教育发展变迁的整体进程。
During the late Qing dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China and under the strong impact of western new knowledge,dramatic changes took place in the rural area of north China and the traditional education system was on the decline while new forms of social education were gradually gaining momentum.Junan County of Shandong province was a typical "revolutionary county" in north China,whose changes in education reflected the typical transformation of education there.In about half a century,there emerged different forms of social education,for instance,Public Education School,Rural Community School,Winter School,Agricultural Household Class,etc,which had promoted China's rural education and social progress.A historical study of the education of Junnan County will help reveal the whole process of the social education in north China and its changes in the first half of the 20 th century.
