江苏新兴产业发展影响因素分析与实证研究——以苏州、南京为例

Factors on the Development of New and Hightech Industries in Jiangsu Province—— A Study Based on Suzhou and Nanjing

以苏州和南京两市为着眼点,比较其金融环境、产业体系、科技创新、政府支持和市场需求等相关因素可以发现,新兴产业的发展对外部环境要求有着显著差异性,对融资环境有着共性要求,同时也需要一定程度的政府支持。为此,江苏省在促进新兴产业发展的同时应结合本地原有产业优势和产业发展规划,针对新兴产业发展特点,科学引进新兴产业,提升金融配套服务功能,科学培育重点新兴产业项目。

By analyzing the overall scale,the industrial features and the regional differences of the new and high-tech industries in Jiangsu Province,with a focus on Suzhou and Nanjing,whose financing environment,industrial system,technological innovation,governmental support and market demands are compared with each other,we find that the new and high-tech industries in different cities have noticeably different requirements for outer environments,but similar requirements for financing environments as well as some degree of governmental support.To boost the development of the new and high-tech industries,Jiangsu Province should,according to the development characteristics of such industries,introduce scientifically the industries in line with the local industrial strength and integrate them into the local industrial development plan.It should also enhance the financial services and cultivate some key new and high tech industries scientifically.
