The paper aims to solve the problems such as that bored pile are not easily into the hole in mud soil, and that filling factor is too high as well as other issues. Taking an engineering case as example, by analyzing different ways of the pile, the paper selected the appropriate construction technology. Through the analysis of the causes that why the hole is not easily formed, it summed up that raising mud weight, increasing the length of pile casing, improving water head height and other specific measures could achieve good results, which would ensure the quality of the project.
