摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等,从培训、激励、配置使用三个方面,分析了福建省排球教练员人力资源开发的现状,针对当前福建省排球教练员培训机会少、激励措施不到位、配置使用不合理等问题,提出利于福建省排球教练员人力资源开发的对策建议.
By the methods of documentation, questionnaire, interview and statistic analysis and so on, this paper analyses the current situation of human recourses development of volleyball in Fujian from the three aspects of training, motivation and configuration. In view of the existing problems, it puts forward the countermeasures ’ and suggestions for the coaches of human recourses development.
