Qualitative research on writer′s cognition and behavior of academic misconduct

摘要 为了客观了解护理人员对学术不端认知和行为情况,端正护理人员学术认知,提高行为水平,采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对10名护理人员作者进行非结构访谈,并用现象学分析法对获得的资料进行分析和整理,采用类属分析法得出的2个关于护理人员作者学术不端认知和行为情况的主题分别是:不了解学术不端的各种现象;不知道多数编辑部已采用防抄袭软件检测论文.结果显示:护理人员学术不端认知情况较为欠缺.加强学术道德建设和强化自律意识对减少或杜绝护理人员作者科研不端行为的发生具有积极的意义. In order to study nursing staffs’ cognitions and behaviors of academic misconduct and aim to correct their cognitions and improve their behaviors, non-structured interviews were conducted among 10 nursing staffs adopting phenomenological analysis of qualitative research. After analyzing and summarizing the data from inter-views with phenomenological analysis method, a conclusion is drawn by category analysis that there are two themes about nursing staff′s cognition and behavior of academic misconduct. One is that they know little about different kinds of phenomena about academic misconduct;another is that they don′t know most editorial departments have used anti-plagiarism software to test papers. The result shows that nursing staffs know little about cognition and be-havior of academic misconduct and it is of great significance to strengthen academic morality construction and en-force the self-discipline consciousness to reduce or eliminate nursing staff′s academic misconduct.
