摘要
我国公益孵化器正处于优化价值活动、增强竞争优势阶段,如何提升孵化功能,激活更多服务效果,需对孵化器做进一步整体性分析与研究,本文以迈克尔·波特的价值链理论模型为基础,结合国内外相关文献,建构出我国公益孵化器的理论模型,通过案例比较,总结出公益组织孵化器价值链模型,为公益孵化器的长远发展与深化提升提供参考。研究发现,公益孵化器的价值活动以效益为核心追求,价值链的基本活动包括入壳、孵化、出壳和后续服务,辅助活动包括采购、技术开发、人力资源管理、自我造血机制、市场营销和组织基础设施。
The Non--profit Incubators in China is on the way to optimize value activities and to enhance the competition. A further analysis of non-profit incubators is terribly needed in order to promote function and activate service effect. Based on Michael Porter's value chain theory model and some relevant literatures, the essay aims to construct a theoretical model of non-profit incubators. Empirical research and case comparison are used as well in the essay to draw a more available value chain for non-profit incubators. It is found that the value chain of non-profit incubators is centered with the pursuit of effect; the basic activities are made of entering, hatching, hatched, and follow-up services; and supporting activities include purchasing, technology development, human resource management, self-supporting mechanism, marketing and infrastructure.
