摘要
"无直接利益冲突"矛盾是近年来我国社会出现的一种新的矛盾形式,暴露了我国在社会治理方面存在的一些问题。本文基于社会主义协商民主的基本理念和实践模式,分析了"无直接利益冲突"矛盾的主要特征及其产生原因,指出了我国政府在化解"无直接利益冲突"矛盾中应坚持的基本理念:以人为本、包容贵和、共建共享和公平正义,在思想基础、现实基础、制度基础、社会基础和实践模式等方面探讨了化解"无直接利益冲突"矛盾的路径。
"Non-direct interest conflict" is a new form of social contradiction emerging in recent years in China, which exposed the existence of problems in our country's social governance, based on concept and practice mode of deliberative democracy, this paper analyze the main characteristics and causes of "Non-direct interest conflict", point out the basic idea that the Chinese Government should stick to in resolving the "non-direct interest conflict", that is, people-oriented, tolerance and peace-loving, co-construction and sharing, fairness and justice, explore the path to resolve "Non-direct interest conflict" from the perspective of ideological basis, realistic basis, institutional basis, social basis, and so on..
