The South Korean economy can maintain a rapid growth rate in the long run,and quickly join the club of rich developed countries,which mainly dues to the completeness of upgrading in advanced industrial technology and human resources,and the transformation of social equality Simultaneously in the short term.During the success of the South Korean economy,the Korean government＇s vigorously implement of the technical,educational and social development policy plays a key role,which has some implications for the future economic development of China.
