A SDV Method for Selecting Enterprise's Development Strategy Considering Correlations Among Multi-Factors

提出了考虑多因素关联情形的企业发展战略选择的SDV方法。该方法基于SWOT矩阵模型确定考虑多因素关联情形的企业发展战略选择框架;然后运用DEMATEL法确定战略选择框架中诸多因素的重要性程度;进一步地,运用VIKOR法选择适合的企业发展战略。通过对一个中小企业发展战略选择的实例分析,来说明运用SDV方法进行企业战略选择的可行性和有效性。

In this study, a SDV （SWOT-DEMATEL-VIKOR） method is proposed to select enter prise＇s development strategy considering the correlations among multi-factors. The method consists of the three parts. First, the development strategy selection framework considering correlations among multi-factors is determined according to the SWOT matrix model. Then, the degree of importance of all the factors concerning strength, weakness, opportunity or threat are determined based on the DEMATEL method. Afterwards, the desirable enterprise＇s development strategy is selected using the VIKOR method. Finally, a case study on selecting the development strategy for middle and small enterprises is given to show the feasibility and applicability of the method proposed.
