用户多归属降低了进入者的壁垒,并赋予用户更为灵活的选择,从而较好地制约了企业排除竞争和限制交易条件的能力。此外,互联网的快速创新、用户偏好的异质性、核心好友圈和负网络效应等因素均能够有效限制网络效应强化企业市场势力的作用,促使互联网企业积极从事创新,努力提高产品和服务质量,强化用户体验。因此,在认定互联网企业的市场势力时,需要充分考虑用户多归属等制约网络效应的因素。
Multi-homing reduces entry barriers, and gives users more flexible choice, thereby imposes a better restriction on firm's ability to exclude competition and restrict trading conditions. In addition, the rapid innovation, heterogeneity of user preferences, core friends group, negative network effects and other factors of the internet can effectively restrict the network effects to strengthen firms' market power, promoting the internet firms to actively engage in innovation, improve the quality of products and services, as well as enhance user experiences. Therefore, in determining the internet firms market power, we need to fully consider those factors, such as multihoming, that can restrict network effects.
