摘要
广东劳动关系在制度因素和非制度因素的共同作用下发生重大变化:权利争议凸显、集体劳动关系特征明显、新型劳动关系涌现。广东劳动关系领域立法明显滞后。后法律体系时代,深入推进改革的需要,为广东地方立法带来了挑战和机遇。认清地方立法形势,结合广东劳动关系特点,借鉴其它省市相关立法优点,完善劳动立法,是广东构建和谐劳动关系的必由之路。
Under the influence of institutional and non-institutional factors, there are many great changes in the labor relations in Guangdong province such as the increase of right disputes, distinct features of collective labor relations and the booming of some new labor relations. The legislation in the field of labor relations in Guangdong are obviously lagging behind. Considering the realization of local legislation situation, the features of labor relations in Guangdong and the legislation merits of other provincial and municipal levels, we should improve and perfect the labor legislation, a road that Guangdong must take to build harmonious labor relations.
