建设美丽中国是一场新的社会革命,必须加强生态文明顶层设计,切实转变经济发展方式。生态文明涉及的范围非常广泛,既有人与自然的关系,又有人与人、人与社会等关系,不仅涵盖生态领域、经济领域,而且涉及国际政治、文化、社会、意识形态等领域,因而要坚持运用系统抽象法研究生态文明建设重大问题,牢牢抓住转变经济发展方式这个主要矛盾,树立新的系统观、经济观、价值观、生产观和消费观,在生态文明建设中推进循环型社会建设,从而使自然资源的消耗受到抑制,环境负荷得到削减,在建设美丽中国的同时推进美丽地球建设。

Building a beautiful China is a new social revolution. We must reinforce the ecological civilization and transform the way of economic development. Ecological civilization covers a broad range of things, including the relationship between man and nature, man and man, and man and society. It not only covers the ecological field, but also the fields of international politics, culture, society and ideology etc. Therefore, we should use the systematic and abstract methods to study the issue of constructing the ecological civilization.
