牧区中小学宿舍管理员存在的问题及对策

Problems of Dorm Keepers in Elementary and Middle Schools in the Pastoral Area and Their Solutions

随着内蒙古自治区城镇化建设以及集中办学的推进,寄宿生数量急剧增加,使得宿舍管理员的重要性日益显现。但是与之不协调的是内蒙古自治区宿舍管理员队伍良莠不齐,没有受到足够重视和专业培训。本文提出走专业化发展道路,从编制、岗位职责等方面进行明确界定,促进宿舍管理员队伍建设的对策建议。

With urbanization in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the promotion of concentrated schooling, the number of boarders at school is growing, which makes the dorm keeper＇s role more and more important. However, when it comes to the qualifications of door keepers, the good and the bad inter- mingle due to the neglect of emphasize and the lack of vocational training. In this essay, a path of professional development is proposed, with staffing proposals and post duties clearly defined, and solutive suggestions are given on team construction of dorm keepers.
