摘要
教师幸福感研究对教师生活质量及其职业发展具有重要意义。对某市中学教师的幸福感进行调查发现,当前中学教师的幸福感偏低,有待提高;对中学教师幸福感最有影响的人口学变量是教龄,年老教师的幸福感最高,其次是年轻教师,最后是中年教师;性别、学历、职称、婚姻状况等对中学教师幸福感的影响不大。提高教师幸福感,须创设和谐的工作环境,加强休闲文化教育,增强自我情绪调控水平。
Researching on teachers' sense of happiness is of great importance to their life quality and career development. The teachers" sense of happiness at local secondary schools was investigated by Day Reconstruction Method, and the result showed that the secondary school teachers in this city had low sense of happiness. Teaching ages, as one of the demographic variables, had great impact on teachers" sense of happiness at secondary schools. The elder teachers had high sense of happiness, followed by the younger teachers and the final was the middle-aged teachers. Other factors such as gender, education background, academic position, marital status had little influence on their sense of happiness. In order to enhance teachers' sense of happiness, we need to construct harmonious working environment, strengthen leisure culture education and improve their ability in self-control emotion.
