非洲萨赫勒地带恐怖主义扩散问题探析被引量：2

摘要近年来,非洲萨赫勒地带的恐怖主义扩散加剧,中东地区恐怖主义"动荡弧"向该地带延伸,使之成为新的恐怖主义动荡地带。萨赫勒地带恐怖主义跨国扩散、手段花样翻新、与其他恐怖主义相互勾结及其严重危害性,给有关国家的安全治理带来了重大难题。萨赫勒地带恐怖主义的扩散严重冲击了区域内各国的安全与发展,也是对全球反恐斗争与相关合作的巨大挑战,并对中国在该地区的利益构成威胁,因而需要予以高度重视、审慎应对。
