论少数民族文化权利的法律保护

On Legal Protection of Cultural Rights of Ethnic Minorities

少数民族文化权利表现在语言文字、风俗习惯、开发利用和保护民族文化等诸多方面,国际、国内对该权利的法律保护已有一定基础,但在立法方面、文化权利意识方面、执法方面仍存在许多问题。本文针对存在问题,提出了相应对策。

The cultural rights of ethnic minorities are reflected in ethnic language,ethnic customs and the development and protection of ethnic cultures. Although international and domestic legislations have laid foundations to protect their cultural rights, still there are problems such as insufficient legislative and systematic protection,lacking awareness of cultural rights and insufficient protection in law enforcement. This paper puts forward suggestions about how to solve these problems.
