精索脂肪肉瘤1例 被引量：1

Liposarcoma of the spermatic cord:one case report

摘要 患者老年男性，70岁。主因右侧阴囊内肿物半年入院，专科查体：双侧睾丸附睾及左侧精索未触及异常，右侧精索增粗，无明显触痛，于右睾丸上方可触及两个肿物，分别为2cm×2cm×1．5cm和3．5cm×3cm×2cm大小，较小者质地较硬，表面光滑，无触痛，较大者质地偏软，表面光滑，有轻触痛。
