肝脏囊腺癌的CT和MR影像表现

CT and MR findings of hepatobiliary cystadenocarcinoma

目的探讨肝脏囊腺癌(hepatobiliary cystadenocarcinoma,HBCC)的CT、MR特征及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的肝脏囊腺癌的CT和MR表现。结果 CT扫描和MR扫描均显示肝脏内囊实性肿块影,增强后实性成分有强化。结论肝脏囊腺癌CT和MR表现具有特征性,在病灶内强化的实性成分有利于诊断及鉴别诊断。

Objective To discuss the CT and MR findings of the hepatobiliary cystadenocarcinoma （HBCC）. Methods The CT and MR imaging of five patients with HBCC were retrospectively studied. Results All the patients were appeared as cystic and solid asses in CT and MR imagings, the solid composition became enhanced on contrast-enhanced CT and MRI. Conclusion Morphological features of HBCC could be well demonstrated with CT and MR, the solid composition suggests HBCC.
