非埋入式不植骨上颌窦提升牙种植术的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究上颌后牙区骨量不足时采用非埋入式不植骨上颌窦内提升牙种植术的临床效果。方法对129例患者应用非埋入式不植骨上颌窦内提升术行上颌后牙区种植修复,共植入161颗Straumann种植体,平均随访(2.1±1.7)年,最长达6.5年,计算种植体在此期间的累计存留率。结果采用非埋入式不植骨上颌窦内提升术植入种植体的累计存留率为98.71%。结论非埋入式不植骨上颌窦内提升术临床效果肯定。 Objective To observe the clinical prognosis of internal sinus lift without bone grafting( ISLWBG) by using sequential drills and simultaneous non-submerged implant placement in posterior maxilla. Methods One hundred and sixty-one implants were placed in 129 consecutive patients who needed implant treatment in the posterior maxilla by using ISLWBG with sequential drills and simultaneous non-submerged implant placement. The average follow-up period was( 2. 1 ± 1. 7) years,the longest was 6. 5 years. Then,survival rate of 6. 5 years was calculated. Results The survival rate was 98. 71% of the implants with ISLWBG. Conclusion ISLWBG and simultaneous non-submerged implant placement in posterior maxilla can be widely used in the dental clinic.
