摘要
患者女,43岁,左大腿、右上肢及左背部萎缩斑16年余。皮肤科情况:左大腿、右上肢及左背部可见沿Blaschko线分布的浅褐色萎缩斑,皮损表面光滑、轻度萎缩,触之无硬化及皮下结节。皮肤组织病理:表皮大致正常,基底层色素增加,真皮内胶原纤维、弹力纤维正常,皮肤附属器完整,血管周围少量淋巴细胞浸润,皮下脂肪轻度萎缩。诊断:Moulin线状皮肤萎缩。
A 43-year-ohl female presented with linear hyperpigmented atrophic patches on the left thigh,right upper extremity and left back for 16 years. Physical examination revealed that smooth, mildly atrophic, light brown patches followed the Blaschko＇s lines,with no dermal sclerosis and subcutaneous nodule. Histopathologic examination showed hyperpigmented basal layer in the epidermis and normal collagen fibers,elastic fibers,and cutaneous appendages in the dennis. A miht perivaseular inflammatory infiltration and atrophy of subcutaneous fat tissue were observed. Diagnosis：linear atrophoderma of Moulin.
