人乳头瘤病毒预防性疫苗研究现状及应用

摘要 尖锐湿疣在性传播疾病中发病率较高,为了有效预防尖锐湿疣,近年来人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗的基础研究和人体试验取得了很大发展,本文主要对两种HPV预防性疫苗的研究与应用现状进行综述。 Condyloma acuminatum is a sexually transmitted disease with a higher incidence. In order to prevent condyloma acuminatum, significant progress has been made in the basic research and human trial of prophylactic vaccine in the recent years. This paper summarized the current status of research and application of two HPV prophylactic vaccines.
