复方卡力孜然酊外用联合口服复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童斑秃61例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Kaliziran Tincture Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the Treatment of 61 Cases of Alopecia Areata in Children

目的评价复方卡力孜然酊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童斑秃的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的118例斑秃患儿随机分成两组,治疗组61例,对照组57例。全部患者予以口服复方甘草酸苷片,治疗组还予以外涂复方卡力孜然酊,疗程均为12周。结果治疗组有效率95.08%,对照组有效率77.19%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),全部病例无不良反应。结论复方卡力孜然酊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗儿童斑秃的疗效好,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical compound Kaliziran tincture in combination with o- ral compound glycyrrhizin tablets in children with alopecia areata. Methods One hundred and eighteen children with ah）pecia areata were randomly divided into two groups ,61 in the treatment group and 57 in the control group. The treatment group was treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets plus topical compound Kaliziran tincture,while the control group was treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets alone for 12 weeks. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （95.08% vs. 77.19% ,P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no adverse reaction in either group. Conclusion Compound Kaliziran tincture combined with Compound GlycylThizin tablets is safe and effective for alopecia areata in children.
