芹菜素对大鼠精子质量及性激素的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析芹菜素(AP)对大鼠精子质量与性激素的影响,探讨精子质量和性激素间的关系及变化规律。方法建立AP灌胃35 d大鼠实验模型,按剂量分为对照组(0.86%NS)、234、468和936 mg/kg AP实验组。采用计算机辅助精子分析系统评价附睾精子动力学参数,放射免疫分析法测定血清中睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)的含量,酶联免疫法检测血清中ICSH、FSH的含量。结果 AP剂量与d级精子密度、d级和c+d级精子百分率、BCF呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);剂量与a级、b级、c级、a+b级、a+b+c级精子百分率及VCL、VSL、STR、呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,936 mg/kg处理组d级精子密度显著增大,精子活力、活率降低、不动率增大,VCL、VSL、STR降低,BCF升高。E2的剂量-效应曲线在本实验剂量范围,呈U型,表现出非单调剂量-效应。结论 936 mg/kg AP能明显降低大鼠精子质量,具体影响机制有待进一步研究。
