子宫内膜癌经阴道彩色多普勒超声与MR动态增强的诊断价值比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较经阴道彩色多普勒超声、磁共振动态增强对子宫内膜癌的临床诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术与病理证实的30例同时做过阴道超声与MR的子宫内膜癌病例,对其二维声像图及CDFI特点与磁共振动态增强影像学表现,对照病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果:经阴道彩色多普勒与MR动态增强扫描在对子宫内膜癌诊断中两者对发现内膜异常的敏感性基本一致分分别为96.66%和100%,而对于恶性病灶诊断正确率则MR高于阴道彩色多普勒超声,分别为51.72%和76.66%。结论:用经阴道彩色多普勒超声对患者子宫内膜癌病变情况做全面检查,简单易行,对发现内膜异常的敏感度较高;MR由于其空间分辨力及软组织分辨力高,对于子宫内膜癌的术前诊断正确率较高,适用于超声检查难以定性的病变及子宫内膜癌的术前分期评估。 Objective:To compare the clinical diagnostic value of endometrial carcinoma between the transvaginal color doppler ul-trasound, MRI dynamic enhancement.Methods:A retrospective analysis confirmed by surgery and pathology of 30 cases done vaginal ultrasonography and at the same time MR cases of endometrial carcinoma, the two-dimensional ultrasonographic characteristics and dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging findings, and of a CDFI control the pathological results were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The transvaginal color doppler and MR dynamic enhancement scanning in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma in the sensi-tivity to the endometrium abnormality in basic are the same points were 96.66%and 100%respectively, while MR diagnostic accuracy for malignant lesions is higher than vaginal color doppler ultrasound, 51.72% and 76.66%, respectively.Conclusion: using trans-vaginal color doppler flow imaging in patients with endometrial cancer changed conditions for a comprehensive test,which is, easy to find the sensitivity of the endometrium abnormality higher;MR due to its high spatial resolution and soft tissue resolution, accuracy is higher, therefore it is adopted to the preoperative diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma which is difficult to qualitative ultrasonic lesions and preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma.
