摘要
以4-甲氧基苯胺为原料,经乙酰化、去甲基化两步反应合成得到了目标产物N-(4-羟基苯基)-乙酰胺,并采用IR、1H NMR和13C NMR对产物结构进行了表征。探讨了乙酰化反应时催化剂Al Cl3用量、反应温度及反应时间对N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-乙酰胺产率的影响,以及去甲基化反应中催化剂TBAB用量、溴化氢用量、反应温度及反应时间对产物N-(4-羟基苯基)-乙酰胺产率的影响。在最佳合成条件下,N-(4-羟基苯基)-乙酰胺的产率可达94.1%。
With 4-Methoxyaniline as raw material, through acetylation,demethylation reactions, the target compound N- (4-Hydroxyphenyl)-acetamide was synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. Both in the acetylation reaction, the influence of dosage of catalyst AlCl3, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of intermediate N- (4- methoxyphenyl) - acetamide was investigated. In the demethylation reactions, the influence of dosage of catalyst TBAB and bromine hydride, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of intermediate N- (4-Hydroxyphenyl)-acetamide was investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of N-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-acetamide was 94.1% .
