摘要
研究了不同变形条件下GH4169合金的热变形行为,并结合计算机软件分析了变形量、应变速率以及变形温度对GH4169合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,GH4169合金的再结晶晶粒尺寸受到变形量的影响不大,但受到变形速率和变形温度的影响较大,其中变形速率影响最大。
The thermal deformation behavior of the alloy GH4169 under different deformation conditions was investigated and the effect of the deformation amount, strain rate and deformation temperature on the microstructure of alloy GH4169 was analyzed by computer software. The results show that the deformation amount has a little effect on the recrystallization grain size, but the effect of strain rate and deformation temperature on the recrystallization grain size are obvious. And the effect of strain rate is most prominent.
