摘要
采用熔盐电解法,在700℃的NaCl-CaCl2体系熔盐中制备了钛铁合金。结果表明,NaCl和CaCl2体系混合熔盐在700℃环境下具有较高的导电性能。从开始电解至7 h的时间段内,含铁量越低则电流越小;当达到7 h电解时间时,各个阴极片的三相晶体界面较为相似,电流约为0.3 A。
The Ferro-titanium alloy was prepared using the method of molten salt electrolysis in the NaCI-CaCI2 molten salt system at 700 ℃. The results show that the mixed molten salt system of NaC1 and CaCI, has a good conductivity at 700℃. The current decreases with the decrease of Fe contents during the electrolysis from the beginning to 7 h. The Three-phase crystal interface is similar among the cathode plates when the electrolysis is 7 h, and the current is about 0.3 A.
