摘要
以35Mn2合金钢为研究对象,采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对其进行热模拟压缩试验,分析不同变形条件下的应力-应变曲线,揭示试验钢动态再结晶过程中的本构关系。结果表明,35Mn2合金钢在不同变形条件下发生了动态再结晶,其机理是由扩散控制的位错攀移。
Using 35Mn2 steel as the research object, the strain-stress curves of the steel were analyzed under different hot deformation conditions by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulated test machine, the constitutive equation of the steel during recrystallization process was predicted. The results show that a dynamic recrystallization of 35Mn2 steel appears during testing conditions, and the mechanism of the steel recrystallization is dislocation climbing controlled by diffusion.
