摘要
对高Zn含量超高强度铝合金进行不同回归时间的RRA处理,之后进行拉伸实验和拉伸应力腐蚀性能测试。结果表明,RRA处理后合金的抗应力腐蚀性能显著提高,并且抗应力腐蚀性能随回归时间的不断变大而增加。随着载荷的不断增加,合金的断裂时间明显减小,拉伸应力腐蚀性能变差。
The RPA treatment with different return time was carried out on the high-Zn ultra-high-strength aluminum alloy, and the tensile and tensile-stress corrosion properties was measured. The results show that the stress corrosion resistance property of the alloy is improved significantly after RRA treatment, and the property increases with the increase of the return time. The fracture time of alloy reduces significantly with the increase of the load, and the tensile-stress corrosion property also deteriorates.
