摘要
以建筑用新型Q390-0.5CE高强结构钢为基体,采用不同电镀工艺对其进行表面改性处理,研究其物相组成、力学性能和抗疲劳性能。结果表明,复合电沉积纳米镍和Ni65Cu35合金后,Q390-0.5Ce钢的抗拉强度达到697MPa,零度冲击吸收功增加至53 J。
The phase composition, mechanical properties and fatigue resistance of Q390-0.5Ce steel after surface modification by composite plating technology were studied. The results show that the tensile strength and impact absorbing energy of the steel after surface modification are 679 MPa and 53 J, respectively.
