摘要 通过化学成份检测和微观检测分析等方法,对灰铸铁组织进行分析,研究了切削加工过程中石墨的变形规律。结果表明:灰铸铁组织中石墨的变形是因基体组织的变形引起的,有枝晶的灰铸铁基体组织中珠光体片间距比无枝晶的珠光体片间距大,较大的珠光体片间距在切削加工时易引起较大的基体组织变形,导致有枝晶的灰铸铁组织中剪切区石墨沿剪切面发生规律性变形。 Microstructure of grey cast iron was analyzed by chemical composition examination and microstructure observation, and the deforming regulation of the graphite was researched during machining process. The results show that the graphite deformation results from the deformation of the matrix structure of grey cast iron. Pearlite interlamellar spacing of grey cast iron microstructure with dendrites is larger than that without dendrite, and the deformation of larger matrix structure is easy caused by large pearlite interlamellar spacing during machining. And the regular graphite deformation in shear zone occur along the shear plane.
