摘要
以钒铌微合金控冷成形制造的高强度钢筋为对象,通过热模拟实验研究了控冷温度对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明,控冷温度为720-740℃时,钢筋的微观组织为珠光体、块状细小铁素体和少量细小贝氏体。钢筋的维氏硬度为208-213 HV,抗拉强度为700-720 MPa。
The effect of control cooling temperature on the microstructure and properties of Nb-V microalloyed high strength steel were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the steel are pearlite, tiny ferrite and a few tiny bainite when the control cooling temperature are 720-740 ℃. And the Vickers hardness and tensile strength of the steel are 208-213 HV and 700-720 MPa, respectively.
