摘要
概述了汽车发动机钛合金气门的熔模精密铸造工艺流程,对熔模精密铸造钛合金气门进行了初步检验,检验结果显示,熔模铸造钛合金化学成分、金相组织、力学性能符合铸态钛合金标准要求。
The process flow of investment casting for titanium valve used for automobile engine was described, and the produced precision casting titanium alloy valves were inspected. The results show that the chemical composition, metallurgical structure, mechanical properties can meet the standard requirement.
