摘要
为精确控制LF精炼过程中的纯度,并提高LF炉的自动化操作水平,建立了单合金成分、多合金成分控制模型以及钢液成分预测模型,精确计算添加合金料的量以及钢液成分,同时在线选取某钢厂160 t LF炉的数据进行校验。结果表明,合金加料模型对Cr、Mn的加料量误差控制在±25 kg以内,钢液成分预测模型的准确度达93%以上,该模型提高了LF炉操作的自动化水平,对各元素的加料量和最终成分控制准确,对实际生产具有指导意义。
In order to control the purity of LF refining process and increase the automation operant level of LF furnace, the models of single alloy composition, multi alloy composition and molten steel composition prediction were established to calculate the content of alloy materials and the composition of molten steel, and the data of 160 t LF furnace which selected on line were verified. The results show that the accuracy of molten steel composition prediction model is more than 93% when the addition error of Cr and Mn is controlled within ±25 kg. The model improves the operation automation level of LF furnace and can accurately control the addition content and the final composition of each element, and has guiding significance on actual production.
