溶血磷脂酰胆碱在肝脏疾病中的研究进展 被引量:25

摘要 溶血磷脂酰胆碱(lysophosphatidylcholines,LPCs)是磷脂的一种,具有多种生理功能,与糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、血脂异常等代谢性疾病和心血管疾病密切相关。LPCs主要在肝脏代谢,在肝脏疾病和肝毒性中可发生明显变化;近年来,学者们对多种肝脏疾病和化学性肝毒性模型的大量研究均涉及了LPCs。该文针对LPCs作为生物标志物与肝癌、胆汁淤积、肝硬化、肝炎等肝脏疾病和化学性肝损伤模型的关系进行综述,为肝脏疾病和肝毒性的基础研究与临床治疗提供参考。 Lysophosphatidylcholines belong to a group of lipid components which have a variety of physiological functions. LPCs are known to be linked to metabolic disorders and cardio- vascular diseases, including diabetes, atherosclerosis and dyslip- idemia. LPCs are actively metabolized in liver, which is closely related with liver diseases and hepatotoxicity. The role of LPCs in liver diseases and hepatotoxicities has been extensively investi-gated recently. This review focuses on lysophosphatidylcholines as a biomarker for liver diseases, such as he cholestasis, cirrhosis, hepatitis, and chemical patic carcinoma, hepatotoxicities, trying to lay a basis for investigation and therapeutics of liver dis- eases.
