电解液对锂硫电池性能的影响

摘要 锂硫电池充放电时产生的多硫化锂易溶于电解液,导致活性物质减少,电池的循环性能变差,容量衰减.本文通过使用不同成分的电解液,探索其对锂硫电池充放电性能的影响.并采用XRD对正极材料进行表征,在真空手套箱里面组装成电池,利用高精度电池性能分析测试仪对使用不同电解液组装的电池进行首次放电和循环性能分析.结果表明,C/S复合材料呈现出非晶态的结构.采用1mol/L的LiPF_6的DME/DOL(体积1:1)电解液组装的电池首次放电比容量达到了1 200 mAh/g,其充放电效率稳定在70%左右. The lithium sulfur battery charge and discharge can produce polysulfide lithium which is easy to dissolve in the electrolyte.It can lead to active substance decrease,poor cycle performance of the battery and the capacity fading.This paper is to explore the effect of different ratio of electrolyte on the performance of lithium-sulfur batteries.The cathode material was collected and analyzed through X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and the battery was assembled in the vacuum glove box.The first discharge and cycle performance of different electrolyte battery were analyzed by high precision electrical tester.The results show that the C/S composite material presents the amorphous structure.The battery with 1 mol/L LiPF6 DME/DOL 1:1(volume) of electrolyte can display the initial display capacity of 1200mAh/g and Charge and discharge efficiency steady at around 70%.
