摘要
为了探究低温发电系统的最佳转速,以及初始耗功量对整个系统输出功的影响问题,提出了基于测量扭矩的方法来达到解决上述问题的目的.通过对系统在不同温度工况下的实验研究,揭示了初始扭矩与转速之间的内在关系,进一步得到初始耗功量占系统总输出功的比重.结果表明:不同工况下,确实存在最佳转速,该转速下螺杆机对外输出功最大;初始耗功量在低温区对系统输出功影响很大,随着热源温度的增加初始耗功量占最大输出功的比值趋于33%.
In order to explore the optimal speed of low temperature power generation system and the effects of initialpower consumption on the system output power, a method based on the measurement of torque was designed. Throughexperimental investigation of the system at different temperatures, the internal relationship between initial torque andspeed was revealed,and the proportion of initial power consumption in total output power was obtained. The resultsshow that the optimal speed does exist under different working conditions,which makes the output power of screwexpender reach the maximum point;the initial power consumption has a great influence on system output power inlow temperature zone. With the increase of heat source temperature, the proportion of initial power consumption inmaximum output power tends to be 33%.
