增长模式:从“校园足球”开展看“全国学校足球运动联盟”建设态势

Growth Model:Trends of the National School Football League from Campus Football

严格意义上讲,1956年我国开始在少数地区建立业余体校和体育中学足球班,标志着"校园足球"的开始,至今仍然处于一种探索时期,问题解决和对策提升仍然道路漫长。在我国学校足球运动联盟成立之际,通过总结"校园足球"开展历程和发展经验,从增长模式的角度审视"校园足球"开展,并从组织管理体系体现为学校体育管理体制与法规体系健全状态、参与主体由精英运动员向全体学生转变、多元参与渠道带来由个体参与向群体参与的跨越和建设内容的评估与管理不断加强,评价机制将更趋完善4个方面对我国学校足球运动联盟发展的态势进行分析,认为"校园足球"必须是一个从足球课程和课外训练、训练、竞赛、培养机制、经费保障、教师队伍建设和足球文化建设等层面进行全方位的认识领域;民主、法治、有序、和谐的组织管理方式的革新对于我国青少年足球运动的革新起到了一定推动作用,但我国青少年足球运动的发展主要还是在于广大青少年学生对于足球运动参与的实践。

Strictly speaking, it is building amateur sport schools and school football squad that marked the beginning of ＂campus football＂ in a few areas in 1956. It is still in a period of exploration now. The road in solving problems and improving measures are still very long. This article makes a summary from the development process and experience of campus football on the occasion of the school football league establishment. Examine the ＂campus football＂ from the perspective of growth model to can＇y out school football league and the development trend of research. We can find a realistic starting point for the construction of the ＂National School Football Union＂ from four aspects, to perfect the management and law in PE, to transfer from elite athletes to all students and from in- dividual to group, to enhance the evaluation and administration, to perfect the assessment mechanism. Campus football should be widely understood from many directions, including football curriculum, out-lesson training, training, competition, cultivation systems, fee guarantee, teachers, and football cul- ture. The reform of organization and administration will motive the reform of adolescent football in China, but the development of adolescent football should focus on the great majority students to participate football.
