足球运动员运动表现与球队控球率的互动关系研究——基于体能类和技术类测量指标视角 被引量:10

摘要 探究足球比赛中控球率不同时,对球员体能和技术表现的需要及影响,对球队制定训练计划有着积极的参考意义。数据的获得是借助多台高速摄像机、计算机追踪系统。研究表明:在不同控球率的比赛中,体能类指标中的跑动总距离和高强度跑距离没有明显区别;高控球率球队有球高强度跑动要高于低控球率31%,而低控球率球队无球高强度跑动距离则要超出高控球率22%;高控球率队球员传球次数比低控球率队多44%,这种优势同样体现在成功传球次数、接球次数、触球次数、射门、运球和攻入对方最后1/3防守区域次数等;中后卫在低控球率时的高强度有球跑动距离要少于高控球率33%,而边后卫、前锋和中场队员在低控球率时,高强度无球跑动要多于高控球率同位置的队员,有球高强度跑则要低于高控球率同样位置的球员。技术指标数据统计结果表明,在采用高控球率打法时,场上所有位置球员传球和接球的总次数要明显高于低控球率的打法。结果表明:控球率对球队的整体跑动没有明显的影响,但对高强度跑动数据和一些技术因素的运动表现有较明显的影响;球队控球率不同时,特定位置球员的跑动和技术指标会产生明显的变化。 The main purpose of this study was to explore the different vibrations of the rate of control of the soccer players physical and technical perfor- mance, the influence of training plan to the team has positive reference significance. Data acquisition was used high-speed cameras computer tracking system. Results showed that in different physical indexes of possession game, the total running distance and high strength running had no significant difference though possession rate is high. The team has the ball when running higher than high intensity at the low ball rate 31%, and lower possession team without the ball high intensity running distance is beyond the possession of high rate of 22% ; High number of team and the players pass the ball possession to 44% more than in the low rate of ball team player, the advantage is also reflected in the number of successful pass number, catches the ball, shooting and dribbling, as well as scoring each other the last 1/3 zone number; Central defender when low possession of high intensity have the ball distance to 33% less than the high posses- sion. However, the full-back, forward and midfield players in low ball rate, high strength and high off the ball than the ball rate when the same position of players, high running with the ball high strength is less than the same position of the players when possession; Technical indicators data statistics results show that when using high possession football all the location of the players on the pitch in the total number of passing and catching significantly higher than that of low possession football players; Data analysis results showed that the ball had no obvious effect on the team's overall running rate, but the high intensity run- ning data and the obvious activity of some technological factors existing in the impact. When team possession is not at the same time, the running and technical indicators in particular position players can produce significant change.
