港台企业东南亚投资经验及其启示

Analysis of Hongkong & Taiwan Enterprises' Investments in ASEAN Countries and Implications for Chinese Enterprises

通过对外投资,港台企业一方面延续了对国际市场的竞争优势,另一方面有力推动了本土产业结构调整和转型升级。文章旨在分析港台企业对东南亚投资合作的现状与特点,探讨值得我国大陆企业在对东南亚投资合作过程中学习借鉴的经验做法,并提出相关的策略建议。

Through foreign investments in ASEAN countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan enterprises not only ensure their competitive advantage in the international market but also promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. On the basis of analyzing the present condition and characteristics of cooperative investments of Hong Kong and Taiwan enterprises in ASEAN countries, this paper designs to inquire into experiences worthy of learning and to give suggestions for Chinese enterprises’ foreign investment strategies.
