摘要
文章对芡实(南芡)的主要营养价值进行简要的概述,介绍了芡实(南芡)的烹饪加工工艺与在烹饪中的具体运用情况,并对芡实的产业现状与路径进行了简要分析,为更好的开发与利用芡实,提供一定的借鉴。
This paper summarizes the nutrition value of Qianshi,introduces its cooking technology and usage , and analyzes the status quo of and further growth approaches for its industrialization so as to provide reference for its further exploitation .
