以烟草为原料提取角鲨烯的方法及对卷烟感官品质的影响

TheMethod of Taking Tobacco as Raw Material to Extract Squalene and Influence on the Sensory Quality of Cigarette

采用冷浸法、微波法、超声波法,用有机溶剂和蒸馏水的混合溶剂从烟草干粉中可以提取得到角鲨烯,用GC-MS质谱法检测提取的粗品中含角鲨烯含量大于(等于)35%,精品中角鲨烯含量大于(等于)95%,制备得到的角鲨烯添加于烟丝中对卷烟的感官品质具有良好的提升作用,并且此方法成本低,操作方便、收率高,具有极高的推广价值。

The study adopted cold method, microwave method, the ultrasonic method, used the mixed solvent in organic solvent and distilled water in the tobacco powder which can be extracted squalene, squalene containing content is greater（or equal to） from the crude extract was examined by GC--MS mass spectrometry 35%, squalene content is greater （or equal to） 95% from pure product extraet, the Got squalene added to the cut tobacco can improve the sensory quality of cigarette, and this extraction method has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation, high yield, high popularization value.
