LPFP及PFNA Ⅱ治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎骨折的比较 被引量:3

摘要 股骨粗隆间骨折是老年人常见的骨折,也是老年人由于骨质疏松所致的骨折。《素问·上古天真论》指出:七八肝气衰,筋不能动,天癸竭,精少,肾脏衰,形体皆板。老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床发病率逐年上升[1,2]。而且老年患者经常合并有多种内科疾病,需要长期卧床的非手术疗法,常易发生深静脉血栓、坠积性肺炎、泌尿系感染、压疮等并发症。另外,
