DYJ型带式榨汁机榨辊轴的循环强度研究

摘要 带式榨汁机榨辊轴所受载荷是循环变化的,若采用一次变形下的应力应变强度设计计算,则实际弹塑性变形过程产生的重要影响将被忽略;而应采用循环变形下的弹塑性分析方法研究其应力应变强度问题,通过针对榨辊轴弹塑性变形进行分析与试验研究,提出循环变形下的弹塑性应变和强度计算步骤;并作出广义最大应变与广义载荷之间的关系表和关系曲线,供工程技术人员在设计计算时查找应用。 The roller load of belt juice extractor changes in a cycle mode. If the method of calculation for the stress strain strength in single time is applied to design the equipment, the significant effect in the process of real plastic deformation will be ignored, and therefore, the research on the stress strain strength in cycle mode should be adopted. Based on experiments and analysis of the real process of plastic roller deformation, the paper presents the theory of plastic deformation and the steps of calculation for the stress strain, and the relational data table and curve between the maximum strain and load are also provided for the engineering reference.
