摘要
针对当前滚筒式分级机摩擦滚轮在工作过程中出现的一系列失效情况,运用模糊可靠性设计理论建立滚筒式分级机摩擦滚轮模糊可靠性设计数学模型。经实例计算分析,发现摩擦滚轮失效是由接触疲劳强度可靠度不足引起的,因此根据计算结果提出了对应措施,为提高食品机械运行的安全性和可靠性提供可靠的参考依据。
For the failure conditions of friction roller of roller-type classifier in the working process, the mathematical model was estab- lished on fuzzy reliability design of friction roller of roller-type classi- fier with fuzzy reliability design theory. It was showed that the con- tact fatigue strength of friction roller will become insufficient with re- sult of examples and propose for a solution to the friction roller ac- cording to the calculation results. It provided a reliable reference ba- sis for improving the security and reliability of food machinery opera- tion.
