摘要
针对现有核桃破壳机的不足,设计一种偏心击打式核桃破壳机,在该机设计的过程中用准静态压缩试验对核桃进行不同方向的挤压破壳,得出横径方向为最佳的破壳挤压方向以及破壳力的平均值为24.45kg。偏心击打式核桃破壳机主要由进料口、上盖、下盖、滚子、传动轴、端盖、击打装置等部件组成,用该设备分别对已经分级的核桃进行试验,得出第Ⅰ-Ⅲ类核桃的最佳挤压距离分别为5,7,9mm。
A kind of the walnut shell breaking machine was designed with eccentric impact mode, to improve the performance of existing walnut shell breaking machine. The quasi-static compression test was made to walnuts in different directions. The best direction of pressing was the transverse direction and the average force of impact was 24.45kg. The walnut shell breaking machine in eccentric impact type was made of a feed inlet, a upper cover, a lower cover, a roller, ,a transmission shaft, end covers, a beating device and other components. The graded walnuts were impacted with the walnut shell breaking machine. It can be concluded that the optimum dis- tance of impacting the walnuts in Ⅰ - Ⅲ level is 5, 7, 9 mm, separately.
