经济类甘蔗小型收获机设计

从商业用途来区分,甘蔗可以分为制糖类甘蔗和经济类甘蔗。与制糖类甘蔗不同的是,经济类甘蔗为了延长商品货架期,在收获时要求把甘蔗头连根带土挖出。为了实现经济类甘蔗收获的自动化,利用Pro/Engineer软件进行三维建模,设计一款基于PLC自动控制的新型经济类甘蔗收获机。该机采用机械刀楸模仿手工收割的方法,通过PLC芯片电气化控制各个电机的适时运行,指导刀具精准动作对甘蔗挖土削根,简单实用,实现了集传统手工松土与削根为一体的机械收获目的。

Sugarcane can be divided into two types base on their meth- od of use-sugar-making sugarcane and economic surgarcane. Differ- ent to sugar-making sugarcane, farmers have to dig out the roots of sugarcane with some dirt when harvest in order to extend the shelf life of products. By using the software ＇Pro/Engineer- for three-di- mensional modeling, a new economic type sugarcane harvester was designed based on PLC automatic control that could realize the auto- mation harvest of economic sugarcane. This kind of small economic sugarcane harvester used mechanical tool to imitate hand harvest, and PLC chip could build a electrical timely operation control for each motor, leading the tool actions on sugarcane cutting precisely, which was very simple and practical. It also achieved a combination of tra- ditional manual digging and cutting mechanical harvesting methods.
