摘要 综述近几年国内外对番木瓜加工技术的研究成果,包括番木瓜蛋白酶提取技术、饮料加工技术、干燥技术以及副产物利用技术,旨在为番木瓜加工提供技术理论依据。 The recent achievements on the processing technology used in papaya was discussed, including the extraction of papain, papaya beverage processing, the processing of papaya dehydrated and the comprehensive utilization of papaya peel and seeds so on, which was aimed at providing theory references for the processing of papaya.
