基于STM32的微电网谐波检测仪设计与开发

摘要 开发高精度谐波检测装置,能够为补偿设备的合理投入提供科学依据,对保障微电网供电质量意义重大.本文提出一种基于32位ARM微处理器STM32F103+无线通讯GPRS模块SIM900为核心架构的数据检测分析系统.设计了相关硬件接口电路,为消除频谱混叠引发的精度失准进行了抗混叠滤波器结构与参数的选型研究,并对A/D采样前的模拟信号给予了电平预处理.最后,为增强装置工程应用可靠性,开展了机箱三维辅助设计与人机交互系统开发. A harmonic detection device of high precision can lay a sound foundation for reasonably spending on equipment compensation,which is of great significance to securing micro grid power supply qualities.This paper builds a system for detecting and analyzing data based on a core framework which consists of a 32-bit micro device STM32F103 and wireless communication GPRS model SIM900.Some interface circuits for corresponding hardware are devised.To address the problem with the lack of precision caused by frequency aliasing,the type selection of the structure and parameters of anti-aliasing filters is studied.The electric level of analog signals before AD sampling is preprocessed.Finally,to make the engineering application of this device more reliable,a 3D auxiliary crate is designed and a human and machine interaction system is developed.
