怀来县乡村医生现况调查

Status of Rural Doctors in Huailai County

目的了解怀来县乡村医生的现况。方法以怀来县2013年11月在职的162名乡村医生为调查对象,采用自编问卷进行现场答卷调查。结果共调查乡村医生162名,其中男性117名,女性45名;平均年龄（50.11±12.99）岁;从医年限（28.54±13.97）年;获得医师资格证的情况：执业助理医师证17名（10.5%）,执业医师证10名（6.2%）,乡村医生执业证135名（83.3%）;学历：初中及以下15名（9.3%）,高中或中专124名（76.5%）,大专及以上23名（14.2%）;月收入：300~6000元,中位数1750元。结论怀来县乡村医生整体年龄偏大,学历偏低,收入偏低。

Objective To understand the status of rural doctors in Huailai county .Methods Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 162 rural doctors in-servicing in November 2013 in Huailai county ,with the way of field investigation .Results A total of 162 rural doctors were investigated ,including 117 males,and 45 females;Their average age was （50.11 ±12.99）years old;Working seni-ority of becoming a doctor was （28.54 ±13.97）years;The situation of receiving a medical license：The number of doctors received practi-cing physician assistant certificate was 17（10.5%）,of who received practicing physician certificate was 10（6.2%）,and rural doctors practicing certificate was 135（83.3%）;The situation of educational background：The number of doctors gained junior high school and the following qualifications education was 15（9.3%）,senior high school or college was 124（76.5%）,Specific colleague course or above was 23（14.2%）;Monthly income was 300~6000 yuan,the median was 1750 yuan.Conclusion The rural doctors in Huailai county are overall older ,less educated ,and lower income .
